各二级学院:
 为进一步落实二级学院教学质量保障体系建设工作,实现教学运行和教学管理标准化、规范化、系统化和精细化。请各学院根据《平顶山学院二级学院教学质量保障体系建设与运行指导性意见(试行)》,结合质量保障体系建设推进会意见建议,修改完善教学质量保障体系实施办法,7月10日前报教学督导与质量评估中心备案。
 要点如下:
 1.说明学院教学质量保障体系架构与运行方式;
 2.附件:列表说明各主要育人环节的质量要求、常态化监控的方法、质量评价周期,每个教学环节质量监控和评价的主要责任人及保证实施有效性的配套制度;
